Quality Control
To control the quality and supply defect-free products, we provide continual training for QC staff members and strengthen the QC management system. Also, constant updates on state-of-the-art QC inspection apparatus (e.g. X-ray machines), which specializes in seeing through the structure of fuses.
Walter observes strictly the EU WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) and the RoHS (Restrictions of Hazardous Substances) standards. We implement eco-friendly solutions to protect the environment, and we use energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer to control harmful metals in raw materials and finished products.

Research and Development
Walter possesses advanced R&D capability and holds all intellectual property rights. In an effort to enhance product development capabilities, we recruited senior engineers from the Industrial Technology Research Institute of Taiwan to strengthen Walter's engineering team.
In recent years, Walter increased interactions and partnerships with reputable industry groups such as scholastic organizations from Japan, Taiwan, and Mainland China. As a member of EAC, Walter was a frequent invitee to participate in drafting national circuit protection standards.
Walter Current Sensor was developed in 2004 together with a Japanese professional resistor manufacturer with 60 years of experience. As the market for thick film resistor products has reached a mature state, we put our focus on the ultra-low resistance and high-precision products since early development.
80% of the automated production equipment is crafted in-house, which greatly enhances production efficiency and the quality of our products.

Trading & Distribution
Walter Electronics is the first fuse maker in Taiwan with in-depth experience in process design and system engineering. Our present worldwide clients are located: Taiwan (35%), China (50%), Japan / Korea (10%) and other markets (5%).
We manufacture micro/miniature fuses, fuse clips, and fuse holders as well as accessories. Our current monthly production capacity is 200 Mpcs. For more details, please refer to our product catalogue or contact one of our sales representatives.
